Shipping and returns

What is SKRAAM's return policy?

SKRAAM does not accept returns, all sales are final. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A claim may be filed through the shipping carrier to receive compensation. 

Does SKRAAM accept exchanges? 

SKRAAM will ONLY consider an exchange request for a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery date. Please email photos of damaged product, name and order number to SKRAAMCS@GMAIL.COM. Replacement goes case by case.  

What if I thought my  product was going to be different?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. Please read product descriptions and review photos thoroughly before ordering. 

What if I entered an incorrect address?

SKRAAM is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address, we urge customers to triple check address before completing their order. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED DUE TO THIS MATTER, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! If it is found that the incorrect address has been entered before the package has been shipped, please email SKRAAMCS@GMAIL.COM with your name and order number and the order will be cancelled. Upon cancellation, full refund will be issued.  Once the package is shipped WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, a full refund will be issued, minus shipping expenses. 

How long will my order take to be shipped/delivered? 

There is no set time that a package is guaranteed to be shipped out. All orders should be shipped within 5-8 business days, possibly longer due to low inventory. Please email SKRAAMCS@GMAIL.COM with questions regarding your order with your name and order number. SKRAAM has no guarantee when orders will be delivered.
